Product Description Launched in 1992, Stephan is a range of traditional French specialities including pate and cassoulet. Pate de campagne is a traditional French pork pate. Ingredients pork neck, ham 25%, pork fat, pork rind, onions, wheat starch, salt, spices, aromas (mustard flour), wheat dextrose, wheat flour, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Perfectly acceptable for the price
Good pate is unobtainable on the Isle of Man, unfortunately. This isn't good pate, but it is perfectly acceptable pate of the kind that you can buy easily and cheaply in any French supermarket. I'm very happy to be able to get it through Amazon at a reasonable mark-up. The same applies to the sister product - the coarse ham pate.
