I have only used this a few times but the smell is amazing. Unfortunately, the fragrance does not last as long as I expected but nether the less, its great! I have never used anything like this before but really surprised.

I was hoping this might help my husbands horrendous insommnia or at least help him wake up feeling a bit brighter. The spray bottle arrived quickly and the pump works well.It releases a typical aroma you expect with these type of aromatherapy style sprays - very pleasant - bergamot and lavender and yang ylang. No mention of essential oils on the ingredients though - but ethanol and PEG hydrogenated castor oil - which doesn't sound very soothing. Perfume rather than the real thing.After several nights neither my husband, nor I have noticed any profound change to our sleep, our tension or stress. Shame because we're both very stressed right now planning to move home.I used it ironing my pillow cases today and it certainly helps de wrinkle and help them smell nice! But to exactly what I was hoping for.

Much longer lasting than my previous pillow mist. I love the gentle aroma this gives off which makes me feel calm but also happy. I feel like I'm in a positive mood. The pump top is nice and isn't too spitty when you press it. It's pretty good and I didn't know the range had a pillow mist! Worth a try if you find scents help you to relax.

A great item to add to a pillow in order to aid a good nights sleep. Smells nice and sprays well with a good amount for long time use.

I have used pillow sprays for years now as I always have trouble getting to sleep.I thought I'd give this one a try. So to bed, sprayed a couple sprays on my pillows and let it dry for a little before I got in. There wasn't that much scent so did wonder how it was going to work. For the five or six times I have used the spray, it done very little for me. Didn't relax me and certainly didn't help me drift off to sleep.The pillow spray is quite expensive for what it is, especially when there are much cheaper out there that work much better.

Slumber has been sweetened by this fragrant concoction. Each spritz on my pillow is like a ritual, setting the stage for a night of tranquility. The blend of scents is well-considered, not overwhelming but soothing, with each ingredient seeming to have its role in guiding me to rest. Lavender's reputation for relaxation isn't unfounded, it seems. It's comforting to think that while I'm lost in dreams, there might just be a subtle work at play, supporting a night of uninterrupted sleep. Waking up feels less like a chore and more like a natural return to the waking world.

I find this a very pleasant blend. As I get older I have become more reliant on aromatherapy to help me sleep. I find lavender mixes very effective. This is a very pleasant mix with a few more earthy notes ( I do find that some lavender pillow sprays are very sweet smelling and those do not work so well for me - but this one is perfect)The sent lingers for a few hours but has dissipated by morning. The spray is a fine mist and does not appear to damage the sheets.
