This provides a way to make a good curry in a short time, with very little other seasoning. It may not be as tasty as a curry made 'from first principles' but it makes for much less work.

I discovered Deggi Mirch chilli powder when ordering dishooms cookbook and spice kit. I ran out of it pretty quick as I really liked the flavour so was glad to find this.It’s a great flavour for cooking with and this I think is good value and just as good as what dishoom sent me so I’m very happy with it.

Bought to make some curries from the Dishoom cookbook and makes such a difference using Deggi Mirch over chilli powder. The flavour and colour is so different. Definitely a little hotter in flavour also.
