Purchased this for our son’s first birthday party. He weighs about 23 lbs and it fit perfectly. We did have an issue with the suspenders, but that was more due to our wiggly baby than the actual suspenders. We would recommend sizing them out as much as you can before you are ready to put them on for the day. Otherwise though, it was a super cute outfit and baby seemed comfy in it!
