I was skeptical. Three, four, five days odor-free?I’m pleased to report that I’m much less stinky these days, even if it turns into several caregivers-get-no-shower days! It worked so well I asked a trusted nose to tell me the truth in case I’d just gotten immune to my own funk. Nope! Verdict came back “funk-free.” Easy to apply, too.Also, that tiny little puddle of product has now lasted me almost six months, with probably 2-3 months more to go. A little goes a long way and lasts for days, unlike drugstore brands that you can apply every morning only to notice those pits again by evening. In the end, it’s a bargain.

I have had lots of problems with deodorants causing itching. Others don’t itch, but they also don’t work. Lavilin is the best product I have ever used—incredibly effective, and no itching. It’s pricy, but worth the cost.

Great stuff. Very mild herbal scent. I haven't tried to stretch it past 5 days. With typical antiperspirants I used to have to scrub in the shower to get the residue off my pits. That doesn't happen with this cream, and I don't mind that it's only a deodorant and not an antiperspirant. This little tub will probably last me a year - it has plenty left after 6 months of usage.

I was so excited to try this as I have been spending more and more money on quality natural deodorants, and was really hoping this would be last shopping stop for deodorant. First, it looks like butt paste when applying it. Thick and weird to spread! I followed the instructions and waited the 48-hours, then dealt with having to wash/wipe some of it away as to not get onto my clothes. Within 24-hours, I could smell myself so this is hardly a 7-day application. I so badly wanted to like this product.

It worked for me. I've tried other similar products but they never worked for me, so I was surprised when this one did. At the end of day-5 is when I noticed a slight sweat odor (during a 95°f heatwave). Maybe after a shower that would have been fixed but I didn't want to chance it and reapplied a fresh coat. BTW, a little dab goes along way. On each armpit a dab about the size of a thumb tack is really enough for me, my only issue is trying to spread it with the little spatula applicator. The cream is on the hard side, more like the consistency of hard butter. I used my fingers once, but then half of the cream ended up on them. So now I apply it on the bottom fold of the axila and rub it with the upper by moving my arms back and forth so the whole armpit is covered. That usually does the trick. Applying it on a hairy armpit might present a problem though. On the positive side, it really does NOT wash away after a shower or bath. I still sweat, but it's odorless. I will buy again.

This is the only non-aluminum deodorant that has worked for me, and I have tried so many other brands. Easy to use and keeps me from smelling for several days. What's not to love.

I WFH, so shower every other day. NY Times's Wirecutter swore by Lavilin roll-on deodorant, but that was backordered for more than a month. I took a chance on the cream, which is a good thing. The cream has no scent, and purports to be effective for 7 days vs the roll-on's 3 days. The first two applications of the cream were concerning - I hadn't experienced that level of body odor since middle-school! I waited the recommended 48 hours w/o traditional deodorant, showered, and applied the cream. It's very thick, so if you're a man like I am, you'll need to massage the cream in, so it's not just sitting on top of your armpit hair. First two applications failed - I stank. However, I lightly washed my pits in the shower, applied the third application, and here I am 2.5 days later and there is NO ODOR! In that time, I've sweated doing yard work, changed shirts a few times, and am sitting here smelling fresh. Amazing!
