Non skid pads work great. This is an addendum to original review. It melts a bit. I use it inside so it's not on a dash board in the sun but in air conditioning except when it's off when I'm at work. It's left marks and stickiness on my plastic laptop lap table. If I would have known this, I would have looked for something better. So, with that being said, buyer beware!
