I was sceptical at first but this tea does its job. Doesn’t taste too bad, without adding honey, after about 20-40 minutes mucus shifts so you can cough it out so definitely good for lung health. Good quality tea bags, will keep buying. Good value too!

Pleasant enough to drink. Feel as if my breathing is much better. Time will tell.

The tea bags have a nice taste and you can add milk and sugar if you want. I did find that I got an aftertaste but was no problem and I have noticed they do seem to help with mucus lessening.

Have been drinking this mullein leaf tea for under a month but I already have been able to see changes. Previously I had a lot of mucous and this resulted in me always having my nose blocked and having to use a nasal spray to breath. For the first time in two years I can breath through my nose so clearly!! I drink one cup a day, sometimes two cups. The teabags are strong so u can reuse one to make another tea. Would definitely recommend!

Maybe just my tastebuds but I didn't like these at all. Very little flavour, you'd be just as well to drink hot water. Maybe buckwheat tea is always like this, I've not tried it before so I don't know, but I won't be buying it again.
