These pillows come vacupacked , once you get to the pillows, they need a few days to fluff out. They are not to soft or hard! I used them for pillow shams, and sleep plows on my guest room. I can not say whether they would hold up if used every night, but they are very well made, and nice to have when you need an extra pillow. I will buy another set to have on hand.

I dislike pillows made from down, shredded foam, polyfill, and memory foam because ALL of them pack down, often quickly. Then I end up flipping the pillow over to find a fluffy spot again to actually support my head.This was my first pillow that uses a closed cell foam (latex) that does not compress. Thus, it's soft when you put your head on it, with firmness I find quite nice.Having used this for 6 months now, I can definitely say I sleep better with this pillow than any other.The only downside? It still smells faintly of latex. I don't find it particularly objectionable, but, if you're looking for a completely odorless pillow of this type, this isn't it.

I couldn’t even attempt to try this pillow for the night because I only bought it since the description said it was soft. It is super dense and not soft, in my opinion. It’s like a solid rubber rectangle shape, and only bounces a little. I need less loft and more of a cradled support for pain relief. It smelled fine to me and was good quality, but unusable for me.

Taking a chance on this new pillow has been a rewarding choice. Previously, I utilized a 6-inch Talalay latex pillow for a few months, finding its thickness excessive for my comfort. This newly acquired pillow boasts an ideal height that suits my needs perfectly.What distinguishes this pillow is its soft yet non-fluffy texture, boasting a comfortable firmness that meets my expectations. Notably, upon initial unboxing, there was a discernible latex smell, although airing it out without the cover notably reduced the intensity, contrasting with the stronger odor of my previous Talalay pillow.After just a few days of using this pillow, I've begun experiencing noticeable relief from my neck discomfort. Its combination of softness, appropriate height, and comforting firmness has already made a positive impact on alleviating my neck pain.

This pillow is a must! Side sleeper? Yes! Perfect level of support. Back sleeper? Yep. Doesn't make your neck ache. Stomach sleeper? Perfect amount of support without causing an odd angle causing a stiff neck in the morning. I LOVE this pillow. It has replaced the other 6.

It's harder to find latex foam rubber pillows these days, but when I do, they are always a medium to firm density. If a fairly hard pillow is what you seek, you will like it. But if you want a soft, resilient pillow, this is not it. As for the bag it came in, I had no trouble getting the pillow out, and the bag is suitable to use for a grocery bag. I can't imagine getting the pillow back in there. If you want a softer, more buoyant latex foam rubber pillow, I finally found one by Beautyrest from another source. It was more expensive than this one, but exactly the soft but resilient pillow I have been looking for.

Not too tall, just the right amount of softness. At first I thought it was way too thin but I was pleasantly surprised. It does smell like latex though, hoping that dissipates.

Without a good pillow, I am hard to sleep kind of person. I have been using MyPillow for last several years. MyPillow is better than other pillows, but not perfect. Recently I ordered this pillow and it arrived quickly.I aired out the pillow for 2 days without pillow case as instructed in the product description. This pillow is comfortable - it is not marshmallow soft but also not hard, very comfortable softness for me. I also do like the effort put on to be sustainable and eco-friendly on the product and packaging. The pillow comes in the reusable non-woven bag instead of the plastic bag.This pillow is great for my wife but for me if the height/thickness of the pillow is slightly higher, would have been even better. Also, it is great to have a reusable non-woven bag but in the current form, it is very difficult to use it for other purpose. If there was some kind of handle to carry, this would have been really good for carrying my yoga mat, etc.But overall, I liked this pillow and it is exactly as advertised in the listing. This pillow is way better than MyPillow.
