Great Little Machine
Great little machine. Sews wonderful! Perfect for small embroidery projects. Great for thicker fabrics like quilt sandwiches as well. Light enough to carry around for sewing events.

PE Design 11 software UNABLE TO GET
Just received my new sewing/embroidery machine. Now I see that i need to download PE Design 11 or newer and I need a software key. Where is is ? How do you get one? I was told by an agent it is free but yet the only thing i can find on it, is it ends today.So I just spent $600.00 on something I cannot use!! It states you must install PE Design 11 or newer.Good luck trying to find a copy of it and download it. This is messed up!!!! It should come with the flash drive. I should not need to search the entire web pages. Stay away from this product. Good luck trying to get an agent to help!! I had one earlier and I asked how do i get the software key. He gave me a link to youtube to watch a video. No help with the security code. If the code is supposed to be free, Why is it so hard to find and download it. Thinkl I am going to send this back and hoefully, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU NEED A PROGRAM TO USE IT BUT YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY

So far so good.
This is my very first one.I am not advance in sawing, the most I did was making masks when covid was bad.Had a little struggle to connect to wifi at the first. But after figured it out, had no major problem.I am excited what I can do with this machine!

Great machine!!
The machine works wonderfully, however, it came without the 1st 32 accessories listed in the operation manual. I bought this machine refurbished, not “as is”. I reached out to Brother via Amazon to get this resolved, they sent me an email asking for verification of purchase, I sent them everything they asked for and never heard from them since.

My Brother LB5500 will not start.
I have tried filling a bobbin and it will not start. I have also tried with and without the embroidery arm and still nothing.I haven’t responded earlier because of medical procedures and vacation.PLEASE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM.Thank you

product is not worth the money
upper thread keeps breaking have tried everything i know but to no use just for the record i am not a beginner been sewing for over 25 years i do not recommend this machine
