This review is primarily for Spanish teachers to help them determine if the books would be a good fit for their classes. First the art work is simply wonderful. Monica's creativity to think of all the dresses and what the daughter can do with her imagination in them is amazing.The mom has a checkered dress, that the daughter saves the pawn on the chess board. The mom has a dress with stars and the two of them cuddle and sleep with the dog. There is a blue dress that the daughter uses to go sailing with the dog and a mermaid. Other dresses have hearts, birds, and an all black dress.Most of the book is in present tense and present perfect, with minor uses of imperfect and preterite. It's probably a good book for 2nd year. After the story are some pages to cut out to make paper dolls. The last two pages are white dresses on a line for the kids to color in and write what Mama wears and what they do. The problem with that is there are 7 days in a week and 6 dresses. Still cute but I wish she'd made 7 dresses at the end.

Este libro es MARAVILLOSO. Las ilustraciones son exquisitas y el libro es largo y ameno. La calidad del libro es insuperable y me alegra tanto haberlo comprado. Sin duda lo compraré para regalar pues es un regalo que impresiona.

A book with a nice and creative narration. His illustrations are very beautiful. At the end bring several coloring pages and cut out a paper doll to dress in different costumes, also made of paper.

El cuento es una preciosidad. Ilustraciones bellisimas (recomiendo hacer una busqueda en internet de Monica Carretero para seguir su ttabajo) y el mensaje de las emociones, en este caso de mama.Lleva un regalo que yo recibi con miy grata sorpresa y no se si desvelarlo....

bonito y divertido. las ilustraciones con mucho colorido y especiales; y la historia nos ha gustado muchoun detallazo que incluya mariquitas recortables para poder jugar a ponerle los "vestidos de mamá"

Se lo recomiendo a todas las mamás con niños pequeños (4 años). El texto, con rima, invita a memorizar. Las ilustraciones muy bonitas y acertadas. En casa nos ha gustado mucho.

A mí me ha gustado mucho, pero lo cierto es que a mi hija de 7 años no le ha hecho mucha ilusión.Pero es un libro preciosos (aunque quiza nos guste más a las madres que a a las hijas)

Lo he regalado varias veces siempre con éxito. Una maravilla. Apto para cualquier edad por la sensibilidad y creatividad con que está escrito e ilustrado.
