Seems good value no problem with the container arrived on time and hopefully it will deliver what it says. It will take time for that and I will write an update on it. At the moment I’m happy giving it a five star.

Tried taking these for the period and they tasted okay and were easy to swallow although I don't struggle to take other pills without a drink so this may be different for different people.I did not notice any benefit or any degradation of self so I can't comment to their effectiveness but they were easy to take.

Been constipated 8 year these are showing my doctor up nothing prescribed has worked as well as these. I've along way to go but 100% SURE I will be back to normal and hofully not to long

Bought this thinking it’s a well known and trusted brand, But it has done nothing for me, it hasn’t improved the bowel movements at all. Waste of money

I have a friend who has been raving about Ashwagandha for ages, so I decided to see what al the fuss is about. I chose thins brand and when it arrived I was lucky to have this type as they see, to be 'the real deal' - a long established brand and a market leader in its country of origin.THe bottle contains 60 servings - they're not capsules because there is no coating - which are an average to large size and have a distinctive odour. This is OK by me because it means the ingredient list is very short and lacking in artificial ingredients.The product itself is certified organic, vegan and gluten free. The box also certifies it CGMA ( follows current good manufacturing guidelines, ie in a way that satisfies the FDA. It is also wheat, soy corn and dairy free.The use by date on the bottle is two years from the date of receipt from Amazon.Looking forward to finding out what they can do for me.Five stars

I have been taking these Himalaya Organic Ashwagandha capsules for 2 weeks now so might be a bit early to notice any effects, but I liked that they are organic and vegan-friendly. They are your normal sized capsules, similar to most supplements out there. They do have a slight smell to them but nothing too bothersome and are easy to swallow with some water. This bottle provides a 2 months supply, so decent value in my book. Worth including in your wellness routine.
