These are really nice little cards. They are a bit bigger than a credit card size, but not as big as a postcard. The reverse I’d plain white, so can be written on if you want to personalise the sentiment. As a boss of a large organisation I can see these being really useful. A bit like sending a compliments slip to one of your team with a thanks on, but these are a bit more motivational. There are lots that are generally motivational, rather than work-team oriented, so I’m guessing these could be useful in different circumstances. I have recently made a motivation advent calendar for a friend and I popped one of these cards in every window. They are well printed on good card stock. I think they are good value too.

I love these cards. I often buy lots of different versions of these as when I send birthday/ Christmas gifts to friends and family i often include one of these cards.Each card has a different design/quote which covers Encouragement, Appreciation, Gratitude and positivity which the receiver will really appreciate it.Highly recommended.
