This book is an excellent resource for therapists or anyone who owns a nervous system that they would like to regulate more effectively. Written in an intelligent yet accessible style, Jessica has crafted an excellent guide to make sense of the complexity of our many interrelated bodily systems, and how to manage and improve our self-regulation in a story-based and trauma-informed way.
