I initially signed up for a subscription in early February 2024, and took advantage of the 20% discount being offered on Instagram. I received 6 tinctures and a free spray.However, I have had an inflammatory response to the tinctures so had to stop using them. I informed Life Cykel of this, and asked for them to stop the subscription at the start of March 2024. It took many emails for my request to be acknowledged. I was advised that I would have to pay for the 20% that I was initially discounted, and I paid this straight away, using their payment link, and sent them proof of payment.Again, I asked for confirmation that the subscription was cancelled. This was at the start of April 2024. I received no further correspondence from them since.Today they tried charging me a further AED 708.20 ($192.84/290.55AUD). Thankfully there were insufficient funds as I'm due to pay off my credit card at the end of the week. To confirm, they have not sent me any further tinctures, so they are just charging me hoping to get away with it. This is either gross incompetence or theft!Please think twice before entering in to a "subscription" with Life Cycle. Not a company to be trusted.
