Fantastic Equipment!
What I love about this resistance band equipment is that it’s nice and sturdy. Great value for the money.There are similar ones that are much more expensive, so I was talking a chance but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend them if you want to workout at home . It comes with a bag so you can travel with them and workout in a hotel

Working out at home just got better
Looking to get in shape for the summer. Don’t like the gym so this was a great addition to my home workout routine. Has a lot of different weight options. And it can be very beginner friendly .Did I mention it’s also very sturdy. Would give it a shot if you’re looking to stay fit. And build some muscle

Great for the office
I use this in my office during lunch or when taking a quick break. The bands and bar seemed to hold up. I've had it for 5 months with no issues.

Great addition to my home office
This is an awesome product. I needed something for my office to go with my treadmill as I work from home and am on a mission to get out of this chair more often. These resistance bands are extremely sturdy, coming in 4 different colors and widths/strengths. The door anchor when I tested it is strong and I had no worries at all using them.I love the included poster. It has exercises listed for literally every part of your body using each band, including biceps, abs, lower body, back, chest, etc. It all comes in a nice little bag so it is very portable. I am so happy I made this purchase! Here is to healthy new resolutions for 2023!

Nice product, terrible chemical-rubber smell.
It’s a really nice product. I just wish it didn’t smell so bad. Has a stronger rubber, chemical smell. Trying to let it air out.
