Fantastic Flavour, Healthy and Excellent with Traditional African Dishes
Absolutely happy with this product. As well as the health benefits, it also leaves you light - so no "knocking out" feeling. If you are familiar with making semolina, this is a doddle! Actually, I prefer another (speedy) way: using the microwave which means the fufu is ready to serve in less than five minutes - sprinkle flour into a bowl of boiled water 2:1, cover and microwave for 90 seconds, then stir/turn oat fufu until thick to the consistency you want. Okra soup is my choice.I have taken to gifting older relatives and family friends oat fufu, and they have all enjoyed and praised the product as a good substitute for gari (eba) and other fufu flours.

Affordable and versatile substitute for Fufu ingredients.
This product is amazing. It ticks all the boxes in terms of taste, consistency and versatility. For Ghanaians: it’s ideal for Fufu, Tuo Zafi (TZ) and Banku without the fermented aspect. In addition it’s healthier than yam, cassava and probably even plantain. In short I am hooked and cannot recommend enough.

Great tasting fufu that is healthier for you
Really great tasting product for making delicious fufu and reduces cholesterol levels. It tastes slightly different than ‘regular’ types of fufu, but you can quickly adjust to its taste, and soon get to enjoy it. My family will continue to eat it. Will buy again.
