The sofa bed is well enough put together to last a few years, the mechanism works well, good value at the price. It arrived on the allotted day, but any thoughts of assistance were soon foresaken. The polite and pleasant driver said his job did not include getting it inside, offering any help with unpacking or taking away the pallet on which it came, t would have been very tricky had it been raining. The packaging filled a wheelie bin and the pallet is still outside. Moving it inside was strenuous but OK I, I live on the ground floor, upstairs ??? Assembly OK. This is not for anyone not fit.

The product itself is really comfortable and I am very pleased with it. My biggest problem was that I did not see, anywhere, that the product was self assembly. With a husband nearing 70 and myself being disabled, this left us with a major problem. If you are young and active then this sofa is for you. Comfortable as both a sofa and bed and fully recommended.I did contact the manufacturer but did not receive a reply.

Very nice sturdy and comfy sofa.Took 1 star away as it was a bit faulty and the stitching came apart in some places, and 1 star for poor customer service. Seller is advertising free bookable delivery but they provide you 1 full day during the week(maybe suitable for people who work from home) or you can pay to have it delivered during weekend or any time that.s convenient for you. Loving the sofa but I would’t recommend this seller after I paid £370 and I was told they made me favor and delivered when I was not at work.

The Sofa is comfortable and easy to put together. Just screw on the four feet and the two arms. The bottom drawer slides out effortlessly and the bottom half of the bed pulls out very easily. I was trying to avoid pull out beds where they have springs and only give you an inch thick mattress. Once pulled out, this sofa bed is sturdy and comfortable. Some may find the back of the sofa a little too far back, but we put extra large pillows behind us to solve that problem. The back of the sofa has three positions as well, so you can recline as much as you want including all the way down for a larger bed.All in all, an absolute bargain for under £300, free delivery and quick too. An excellent product as a spare bed for visitors.Item ordered on the Sunday night and received on the Wednesday. There was very good communication throughout the delivery process including emails, texts and a phone call when the driver was less than an hour away.

It was a very comfortable sleep. Well manufactured and believe it is worth the price.

Really comfortable to dugout on and sleep on. Wish they did this sofa in a 3 seater too. I'd buy it. Perfect for sleeping on. Have slept on it myself and also family members have slept on it. Thought it might be a little close for a couple to share but they had no problems. Best part is how easy it is to open up and put away. Really simple mechanisms without having the usual faff of removing seat cushions etc. The material is also so lovely and soft to the touch. Three thumbs up if I had a spare!

This is really uncomfortable. To sit on it’s too deep so you can get comfy. The foam wears out quickly so what appears to be a solid sofa is not after a week or so. As a bed it is comfortable for the first use. After that you will start to sink into the foam & you can feel the wooden framework in it. Only been used by one person & it says it’s double. A bad product.

I received my order today, guys were lovely, they took all rapping off and took it away. Made them a quick drink of orange as thought they needed it.Looks beautiful in my front room, well made very comfy, looks so smart . So good for money.Haven't slept on it yet to try it out, but laid on it for a while and thought I am so glad I brought this.It was easy to put together. Easy to pull out into bed well worth the money indeed .IT SAID----------- needed two people to put it together but I did it myself easy enough.
