A book Among the Rarest
There is a lot of very helpful books in the world, but only a tiny fraction of a percent of them can actually point to a solution for world wide problems that is also accessible and doable, worldwide, at the grassroots level. The Bible is #1 in this line up. I believe the Concepts described in Jadam’s methods place it somewhere on that line up as well.I disagree with his syncretistic ideas (“good and evil are one”) but heartily agree with the concept that health at all levels is found in diversity: the diversity of ocean derived minerals; the diversity of biology, for example, instead of targeted killing, as has been the concept of Agriculture since the advent of synthetic chemicals and antibiotics. (Targeted killing, pesticides and herbicides, may have a very short and very limited place in certain circumstances, but should only be a temporary step toward balance.) AND that the presence of noxious conditions such overwhelming numbers of certain weeds, bugs, or diseases on crops indicates the absence of the needed diversity in a farming system. Not only does Jadam point out these concepts, but they also point out very affordable and doable solutions to bring back the needed diversity. Some of our neighbors and us are greatly enjoying the implementation of these concepts on our farms.

Very in-depth
This is how we should all farm. Without a bunch of soil killing chemicals for way cheaper than the stuff we buy bottled up in the stores. This guy has a lot of videos on u tube for extra info, then all the in depth stuff is in this book and his other books.I’m so happy that there’s a way to support my small farms growing plants and repel bad bugs using what nature gave us in the first place, in a cheap and easy way.

Great book, poor binding
This book is a very informative book, especially as I am a person looking to farm without any chemical inputs. I have started trying the method, and am anxious to see the results. The book was very simple and straightforward. Having read Farmers of Forty Centuries by F.H. King, I understand a little the basis of this method, and how the old ways of farming in China, Japan and Korea were a lot more simple than the organic methods of today.I do have one complaint which is why I gave the book 4 stars. It is the binding. For a book that I had to pay over $50 to purchase, I would expect the binding to be a little more solid. But, I have had it only a few months and already a page is loose. Normally I try to buy used and hardcover books because I hate to waste trees on books that will be garbage in a few years. Not that the content is garbage, just that they won't stay together to last for a few generations. It is a sad commentary on our throw away society. I just wish this book had better binding so I could pass it on to the next generation. It is worth that.
