I gave these as a gift to my nephew on his birthday. He was VERY VERY please with them. I don't use them so I can only rate by his reaction. He is a rock climber. It was a good purchase and a good product.

I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve been lifting for 7 years. I hit a pull up and deadlift plateau recently. I hate using straps, so I thought I’d give this a try. LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFTING GAME.
