Nice piece of kit
As with the side Grey's Prowla side cutters (which I purchased at the same time),this a very strong piece of kit, and well worth carrying if you're into bigger predator fishing. Probably overkill for perch, but certainly warranted for pike/zander. They come with a lanyard, but there's no holster, which I have seen on other pliers of the same design from other suppliers (such as the SavageGear).
