works great for a signal booster....
I recently had the opportunity to try out the Starlink Pole Mount with a 2' Diameter Aluminum Pole and Upgraded Height of 9.3ft with Built-in Adapter for the 2nd Gen Starlink Dish, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed.First and foremost, the construction of this pole mount is top-notch. The 2' diameter aluminum pole is sturdy and robust, providing a stable base for the Starlink Dish. The upgraded height of 9.3ft also allows for optimal positioning of the dish, ensuring a strong and reliable internet connection. One of the standout features of this pole mount is the built-in adapter specifically designed for the 2nd Gen Starlink Dish. This adapter makes installation a breeze and eliminates the need for any additional hardware or modifications.Another great aspect of this pole mount is its versatility. It can be easily mounted on a variety of surfaces, including roofs, decks, and walls, making it a great option for those who need a secure and stable mounting solution for their Starlink Dish.Additionally, the 2' diameter of the pole provides ample clearance for the dish, reducing the risk of obstructions and ensuring a clear line of sight to the satellites.Overall, I highly recommend the Starlink Pole Mount with a 2' Diameter Aluminum Pole and Upgraded Height of 9.3ft with Built-in Adapter for the 2nd Gen Starlink Dish. Its sturdy construction, easy installation, and versatile mounting options make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and secure mounting solution for their Starlink Dish.In terms of potential improvements, one thing I would like to see is the inclusion of a mounting bracket for the Starlink power supply, as this would make the installation process even more streamlined and convenient. However, this is a minor suggestion and does not detract from the overall quality and functionality of the pole mount.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a pole mount for their Starlink Dish.

Not sure how this will work with a Gen 3, but giving it a try
The top tappers down quite a bit, guessing this is because the Gen 2 probably has a smaller pole. Fortunately, the pole adapter for the Gen 3 has 6 adjusting screws to tighten it, hoping it holds. Just have not found anything else yet for the Gen 3.UPDATE: I drilled out the rivets for the Starlink Gen 2 adapter and now it fits much better. Overall, it's a solid pole. I used the flagpole buddy to attach it to the ladder. My big question now is how secure is the pole adapter for the Gen 3. Would be nice if this came with some cable holders/straps. Seems they could have engineered something that would be stronger. Heard the original adapter was recalled.

Lightweight and a Bit Short Which Are Positives for RVing
Yes, I read the description before I ordered this, but I was still a little surprised at how short it was. However, that is on me, and there is no deficiency in the product. It is very lightweight and easy to set up.While this is apparently designed to be used in conjunction with a ladder on an RV, I used it with an antenna mount that fits in a 2 x 2" hitch mount that I attached to the tongue. With that mount, it was unsteady with even a fairly light wind. However, that was a problem easily solved by attaching a bungee cord about three feet from the bottom of the antenna and connecting it to the opposite section of the tongue. With that, it was stable. There would likely be some movement in a high wind, but the whole RV would move, which would not be the fault of the antenna.I like how easy this is to use. Its lightweight is a big deal. I have a regular antenna, sold by Harbor Freight, that is very popular with RVers. However, it is very heavy and awkward to use. I prefer this lighter-weight antenna. I am very pleased with it and have since sold the heavier one I was previously using.

Just poles
There are no attachments to attach this to the ladder, this is just three poles

Lightweight, easy assembly
Got this to extend the height of my cell phone signal booster to get it away from the RV. Was easy to assemble and install into the previously installed pole holders (these were separate items I purchased previously). Good lightweight aluminum in three sections. The only con is the locking buttons are somewhat difficult to press in far enough to disengage from the connecting pole to disassemble. I was able to do it but it took me a bit.

Solid pole for Gen 2 Starlink, just keep silicone lube spray handy
I've been using the Starlink Pole Mount with my Gen 2 Starlink dish, attaching it to my SUV with a suction mount. The adapter fits the dish perfectly, making it easy to set up. The pole is solid and handles various weather conditions without any issues, which is impressive. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the three sections of the aluminum pole tend to bind when sliding them together. I've found that spraying them with silicone lubricant makes the process smoother, but it's still something to be aware of. Once everything is assembled, though, it's a stable and reliable setup. Overall, a strong and weatherproof pole that does the job well, just requires a little extra effort during assembly.

SPACEX QUALITY
I have to say, Elon makes an excellent pole. Unfortunately we don't have Starlink service.....yet, but in the mean time this is an excellent, very high quality pole which we've found other uses for. At 9.3 feet, it will put a bird feeder cam well out of the reach of the dozens of tree rats that think they own my back yard. This 2" aluminum pole has interlocking sections and is very light weight for it's size, and very sturdy. It's also much more attractive than an old ugly galvanized pole and the cost isn't really that much different. Beautiful, sturdy pole that will be standing forever.
