My 9 year old started to perform some social magic tricks on our holiday this years with a cheap set of playing cards. After 4 days of testing out some tricks he entered a little talent competition and won! so as a present i bought him these cards as he loves gold and peacocks! these arrived and we were all wowwed by the quality. They are quite thick, and the finish on the cards feels such high quality. they are easy to handle, they arent slipperly but have enough give to be pliable for speed and slight of hand! especially for a newbie. He has now asked for another set for christmas of a different design to begin his collection!

in low light its impossible to distinguish any colour on the cards. The difference between 'black' and 'red' suits is a sort of reflective purple which just looks the same in low light. We quite liked it as something to add a bit more stress to the card game :)

These are beautiful. The gold and deep purple are luxurious and the cards are lovely quality. They'll be a delight to use.

I had a friend that had a pack, so I bought them for my boyfriend. He absolutely loves, and uses them on soecial occasions as to not lose them or damage. However, they are super great quality and really this card. Such great value for money.

The cards look amazing!

Pros: The cards are visually appealing, with a stylish design, vibrant colours, and excellent quality.Cons: (In my opinion) They are incredibly difficult to use. The cards are so slippery that you quickly develop hand fatigue while trying to prevent them from falling and moving.Neutral: The gold accents look great, but they can be harder to see in bright light, such as outdoors in direct sunlight.
