bought this after hearing about hydrogen water on podcasts. I spent some time looking at studies and there seems to be some legitimacy so I gave this a try. I picked this one because I saw it had the minimum of 3,000 PPB = 3 ppm used in clinical trials. You drink 2 glasses of the hydrogen water for 1-2 months. After doing now for 6 weeks the main thing I have noticed is some improvements in my weekly workouts. I would say I am doing about 5-10% more than I could a month ago, not really changing anything. So far seems legitimate.PROS: the hydropod has needed 3,000 PPB of Hydrogen to make a difference, easy to clean, cool blue glow, and while some may prefer glass, I would break that quickly so I like that the bottle is plastic and BPA free.CONS: you need to tap twice to turn on the device, and tap again to get the 3,000 PPB generating. A single tap would’ve been my preference, but not a deal breaker

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the hydrogen frenzy. After searching and reading many reviews, I purchased this quality convicted product that completely satisfies my expectations. Being 60 with moderate exercising, but more so a yard that requires me to be a weekend warrior. I consumed a lot of water with little quench relief and finally I can, and recover with the needed nutrients.

I tested this product and hydrogen saturation is only 1600 ppb. I tried 15 minutes of electrolysis and saturation didn’t go higher than 1650 ppb. I don’t know if my bottle is damaged or something but wouldn’t pay premium price if the bottle can produce only 1600 ppb

A $200 water bottle should last much longer then 2 months!?!?! Pretty much sits on power the whole time as the battery hasn't lasted so it's gotta be at full charge to get it to operate.
