Easy to use and easy to clean. Size seems to be just right. The level of heat can be controlled and stay hot.We are enjoying our new hotpot and overall very happy.

I've used it twice so far and both times have been great! I didn't feel like it took too long to heat up, but if you fill both sides to full with cold water, then... common sense would suggest that it'd take a little while. I used hot water from my kitchen sink and filled each side about halfway up with soup base and it wasn't too long before it was lightly boiling. We used it for 3 people and it worked very well!

We really loved this. It heated quickly and hot pot became our number 1 go to meal. However, it's been dying with no real discernable cause. This most recent time, it wasn't hot enough to even cook sliced beef, and that's after waiting 20 minutes. It doesn't feel warm, the water isn't even moving. I'm really disappointed because we really loved it.

I love hot pot and this was the perfect way to do it at home!! Multiple heat settings and two cooking areas. My side for all my veggies and my bf side for all the meats. Great for friends and family, and good size for sharing. Useful for 2-4 adults. Love it, id buy it again in a heartbeat,

Look nice. appreciate the dual pots and nonstick layer. It is very slow. Barely keep up for 2 persons. You put a little bit meat in, have to close lid and wait several mins to boil. Another weird thing is one minute it is boiling real hard, another minute it shuts off itself, no boiling. Very frustrating. It is not traditional family hotpot. No way for 4 persons.

I like this product and it cleans easy. Description is accurate. No leaks. The only thing is that one side heats slower than the other consistently, and that it can take a little while to heat at first. Also be careful of overfilling, as the depth is not as much. I use an extension cord as the wire is not long. Otherwise pretty neat to use for home meal or with guests

Get rid of the plastic smell first by boiling water in it.

Easy to use, quick assembly for the lid, holds the temperature very good, easy to clean, ideal size for a small group. The Hot Pot makes zero noise and stays cool underneath. Great value for the money!!
