A very practical, useful item.

I bought these heat packs for when I get a stiff back or shoulder.I can only give it 3* becauseIt is a bit faffy trying to heat the pad in the microwave. the instructions say do it for 10 sec then move around etc so you dont get concentrated heat. That doesnt seam to make a lot of difference in our microwave, you still end up with warm, hot and very patches. Most often it ends up getting too hot.Having got it hot, it then cools down quicker than I would expect and much less than the claimed 1 hour, so you have to go through the faff bit again.It still gets used but to be honest, better value than this was my watch that tells me to move so i dont get so stiff that I need this pad as much.I was going to give it 3* but i have noticed that it has got a small hole in already (see picture) after about 6 uses so i have taken another * off and probably would not recomend this product
