Good tasting!
Tasty mix for cake, muffins and I made mini Bundt cakes. Mix suggests adding in shredded carrots and pineapple which would be delicious .. I made without and they came out good!

Not my favorite
Pineapple overpowered this cake and too many carrots per the instructions. My husband - who loves carrot cake- threw it away after one piece. The cake itself tasted good it’s the recipe they provided that made it bad!
