Makes a great fish batter
I've been using this item for many years, not for chicken but for fish. The Dixie Fry works great for a beer batter for frying fish.

Easy homemade crispy chicken!
We tried some other brand, and this is one mf our favorite. We just cover the chicken with it, coat with oil and bake in the oven. Makes perfect fried chicken!

My favorite for years!
I’ve used this product for years and it has become very difficult to find. I’ve searched so many stores, no luck at all. Thank you Amazon for carrying this. I use this on many different meats and I’ve always loved it.
