Pain relief and best for knock knees
The quality is just amazing and it fits perfectly with my shoes and it gels a lot with the pain relief too. And it properly thick.

It is good and useful
It is comfortable, lighter amongst the few options that we get in India for a rigid arch support of the right arch height. Thoroughly pleased with it. I am flat footed who is prone to shin splints. And this has been very helpful while running in my running shoes. No extra heating issues (the insole doesnt heat up after long runs). This is my second purchase. I had bought the same model last year as well. So, durability is not bad. So, no complaints! well done!

Quality is not rigid
The product is Ok , one can also buy a similar product at the nearby show shop. Its not as rigid support as mentioned in the pictures. Its overprice as compare to quality. Justified price is 500-700 rs max.

Good for long run
Very good product. Will help you in long run. Just I would suggest it, that it would be better if it was a bit more rigid. Other than that it is very helpful.
