This Paris Hilton Brow Collection Set was mostly a miss for me. The tweezers are really bad, and I find them unusable. They have much longer edges than my usual tweezers, and I had trouble plucking hairs that should be easy to get. The brow pencil draws nice thin lines, but it's dark black so it doesn't take much for it to start looking clownish on me. I have dark blonde hair, so I usually go with a brown shade. The spoolie and eyebrow palette are okay, but still not the best quality.The only item I like is the brow highlighter, because it has a very creamy texture. But, it's not the typical brow highlighter that gives a bit of shine. It's a very subtle cream color, and I'm using it to even out the color of my eye area a bit.

This is a really nice set for the current price of $8 - that's a lot of stuff! There's a lot of color options for your eyebrows, so it does seem to be a bit of a waste once you determine which shade is closest to your eyebrow color. Maybe I'll use the others as eyeshadow. I'm a blonde, so use the lighter browns in the kit. If the colors don't appear dark enough, simply wet the end of the angle brush or your applicator first. The tweezers work well and I love a good spoolie, but my favorite product in the kit is the highlighter. It isn't opaque, it's just enough to further define your eyebrows. It is creamy and goes on smooth. My least favorite item is the black brow pencil. If you don't have dark eyebrows, this has limited utility. I'm surprised they didn't include a brown pencil too to match people with lighter eyebrows.

I had high hopes for the Paris Hilton Brow Collection Set, but it really missed the mark for me. The tweezers don’t work well at all – they just don’t grab the hairs right. The color transfer is disappointing, and the shades are way too soft for brows. And don’t even get me started on the pencil – it’s super heavy and pitch black, which makes it way too harsh for almost any brow look. Honestly, it feels more like an eyeshadow palette than a brow kit.If you’re looking for something precise for your brows, this probably isn’t the best option. Maybe try it as an eyeshadow set instead, but as a brow kit, it just didn’t work for me.

I did not like the quality of these items. The box looks outdated and the items themselves seem cheaply made.

My wife has dark eyebrows and this kit worked well for her.She likes the various shades of powder in the eyebrow palette, and the eyebrow pencil.I tested the tweezers and noticed they don't have any 'grip' grooves cut into the grabbing part. The pair I got had no trouble grabbing an arm hair and pulling it out.One issue is this kit seems aimed at a broad audience and has too much variance in colors to really satisfy my wife who would prefer more black / brown colors as she won't use the blue in the palette or the white eyebrow highlighter.

All of the items are not high quality… this is definitely something you would buy for a middle schooler who has no concept of beauty product quality and is just starting out and experimenting with makeup. The tweezers are actually complete trash. I gave it to my 13 year old so she can start experimenting with doing her brows, but I honestly think shes going to use it for halloween makeup. It didn’t cause any irritation thankfully.

So much of this brow palette is wasted on me as the colors don’t work, but I do love the two darker cool tones. Brow pencil was black, and so it was useless for my brows, but the shadow palette also needs a black so maybe it fills a different niche? Brush set was ok— bristle was standard but the brush was a touch too big. The right size and same shape would have been better. Brow highlighter is nice! I’ve never really used one before but I find myself reaching for it. Tweezers just ok, not great but not awful. BUT AT THIS PRICE POINT. WOW!

I like some aspects about this brow kit. To fill in a good brow you need a skinner brush than provided, it’s a fat angled brush. The palette is not very pigmented but it’s not the worst for brow powder. Pencil is pretty easy to use, it’s not dry it’s pretty smooth. The highlight is pretty oily but it works.
