I've owned several clothe steamers in the past and my biggest issues with those were that they were bulky, took too long to heat up and were fragile. So I was really happy when I ordered and received the HILIFE Steamer. As soon as I opened the box I was impressed with its compact size and knew that it would be easy to store it in my master bathroom next to my walk-in closet. It's a compact and solidly built unit and can probably withstand being dropped without much damage. It's simple in the way it splits into two main components for adding water. It's easy to tell how much water you have at all times due to the clear plastic reservoir. Also, I was amazed at how quickly it heated up to steam temperature taking only a minute or two for the water to begin to boil. As I said earlier, the steamer is compact except when it comes to its business end. That is the part where the steam comes out. The head is broad and the holes where the steam comes out are spread across the head's width providing a large area for the steam to come out. Because the unit is compact, it is easy to run the head across any garment without arm strain while providing ample steam. It comes in 5 stylish color schemes to fit any decor. I also found the price point to be excellent given all of the above.

I bought the more expensive one and returned it to get this. I gotta say, they all work the same way.Still getting the hang of it.Pros: This one has a bigger water tank which is a huge plus!! And light weight, anddddd long chord!!!Having a cute color doesn’t hurt either.Con: takes a while , Nothing works best like an iron.

I've used a few clothes steamers before, and this HILIFE one is a winner. My old ones were bulky and took forever to heat up, but this one is compact and heats up super fast, just a minute or two.It feels solidly built, not flimsy at all, and it's easy to fill thanks to the clear water tank. The wide steam head covers a lot of fabric quickly without making your arm tired. Plus, it comes in nice colors and the price is excellent. I'm really happy with it and since its not heavy its very easy to carry while travelling

I needed a streamer that is easy to use since I live in an apartment. I read the reviews and chose this steamer. Easy to fill with water using the included cup. Lots of steam emitted so I am able to steam out wrinkles of my clothes. Chord is long which makes steaming easy. I use mine in the bathroom so I can hang tops and pants on shower curtain rod. I usethe water from my Pur water pitcher. So far no lime build up Happy with my purchase and recommend.

This steamer works great! Water gets hot and lasts for a while despite its small size. Note for those who bring it to travel in other countries: those US to European outlet adapters cannot handle the wattage and mine broke while traveling in Europe and I had to buy a new one. Otherwise, the steamer is perfect for US outlets.
