Bodhi Blend Bodhi is a delightful mix of Brazilian and El Salvador. The base coffee is a yellow bourbon from Fazenda I.P. near Carmo de Minas which is grown at high altitude, washed and then sun-dried. The blend is balanced with an exclusive El Salvador Pacamara varietal from Finca Las Quebradas in Chalatenango. The nutty, full-bodied base notes of the Brazilian are complimented by the complex and syrupy orange provided by the El Salvador. Our Roasting Ethos We roast in a melange meaning that each coffee type is roasted separately and then combined at the end. This allows us to use different roast levels that suit each coffee independently. Whilst this is more complex and time-consuming we believe in highlighting the individuality of each coffee to give the best possible result in the cup. All of our blends are named after our dogs and have characteristics that match their namesake. Bodhi is a warm, smooth and mellow chocolate Labrador who loves everyone. His blend really encapsulates the smoothness of the Brazil with a hint of excitement provided by the El Salvador.
