We contract directly with farmers whose families, like ours, know about celiac disease from personal experience and thus are steadfast in protecting the oats from cross-contamination with other grains during growth. Their fields have been wheat-, barley- and rye-free for at least three years before our oats are planted. Our pure oats production uses only dedicated or thoroughly cleaned equipment in planting, harvesting, transport, processing and packaging. No cross-contamination is allowed. we rigorously monitor the quality of our processes and products using certified seed labs and the highly sensitive and internationally recognized R5- ELISA test for gluten-free purity.
