I was really looking forward to being able to chop up my garden herbs more easily. but for the leafy ones like Basil and thyme this just rolls over them and doesn't really cut. It leaves a line you can use to tear them. If you roll a few times you can get them "chopped", but it is mostly just a bruised, mushy mess.I dont know if it is due to the blades not being sharp enough, or just a bad design, but if all they do is smash the herbs up, I'm not impressed.

It's a little difficult to reassemble after cleaning. I'm always careful to not cut my hands as it doesn't go back together seamlessly. Additionally, the herbs have to be very dried out, not fresh, to cut properly. If not, they just roll in between the blades and are unusable.

After I fixed a quality control problem, it worked very well. I noticed there were several comments about how hard you had to press to get it to cut, and mine arrived with that problem. The blades did not rotate so I had to press very hard to get it to cut.I found that the central pivot that allows the blades to rotate was out of position on one side. It was easy to put back into place, and after I did, the blades rotated and it cut very easily.Pretty easy to clean, just run water over the blades.

It's smaller than I'd like to grip. These blades are no joke and I'd like to have more to securely grip.

The media could not be loaded.  So I was really excited about this. The reviews look fantastic. Mine came in new packaging BUT upon further inspection it already had some herbs in it. Maybe they can send me an actual new one and I can redo my review.

I bought this as a replacement for our old herb mincer, which had fallen down to the bottom of the dishwasher and melted. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the materials used in making this. The functionality is excellent as well. I'm glad my older mincer needed replacing so now I can use this one. The green and white colors are fresh and pretty, and the device is easy to take apart and clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Great for mincing herbs for big cooking projects.

Blades are sharp and makes chopping herbs so fast. Works great!

This is a cool idea. However, after using it a few times I've decided that it is easier to just cut up my basil with a knife rather than use this device and then have to clean it. The blades are super sharp, so opening it up and cleaning it feels very unsafe. The basil attaches to the blades and ends up in the part of the device that is difficult to clean.

So easy to use, fits nicely into the hand.. Dismantles simply for cleaning.
