Must be removed in order to vacuum. Item broke after 10 removals.
If I had to install this flap once, I could give it 5 stars. It fits great and it keeps things from backflowing from the skimmer into the pool. The trouble is that I have to remove it every time I have to vacuum the pool. After 10 uninstall/reinstalls, one of the pins broke and it won't stay in place anymore. I don't think it was necessarily a product quality issue; I don't think this item was designed for constant removal.

fit mly unit
easy to place... by its nature it is pretty easy to break... surprisingly the first lasted many years... but it is just one of those items you are aware is going to break,,, cheap.. I bought two...

Fit our skimmer!
This is very durable and was easy to install. The original piece broke and we needed to replace it. It fit perfectly and functions as it should! Great value for the money we paid

Pool filters
Works better than I imagined. I definitely recommend these filters , they have saved a lot of trash from going in the sand filters. Wished I had them before. Saved a lot of backwashing also saved water to refill from backwashing. Every pool owner should have these
