Not quite the best workmanship quality. The end cuts are rough & sharp, I will need to file the edge/end cuts of the metal. The tips are extremely sharp, be careful. There are little dings and scrapes on some of the skewers, and it sometimes looks like plating, although they state that it is 304 stainless steel. The tube is not exactly a work of art, it is poorly spot welded on the inside, low quality finished on the outside. Also as opened, they were filthy!... Like they were just out of the machine shop. Cutting oil and metal dust coated every skewer and tube. You have to clean these extremely well before your first use.For what it is, it is decently priced and you get a lot of skewers. Shipping (by Amazon) was quick!*Update* after some pretty good use this past weekend, I have a few more observations: 1) The metal remains unstained and not discolored in anyway. The skewer is easy to clean. 2) Although the skewers are flat, if suspended at the ends when cooking (like in an oven suspended across a tray) the items skewered may still spin due to an unbalanced load. As the food cooks and gets softer, vegetables may also spin. 3) Careful when skewering food... I stabbed (not too bad) myself a few times through a gloved hand. 4) Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase and will not go back to bamboo skewers anytime soon.

Opened the package and the tube for storing the skewers is damaged. See picture for example. It doesn't seem like it was well-made or sturdy, which is disappointing because the storage tube is what made me decide to go with these.I will update this review after I have used the actual skewers.UPDATE: 7/16/2019: I used some of these skewers for the first time yesterday. They seem kind of flimsy. I can bend them with just a little bit of pressure. My old Walmart skewers, on the other hand, don't budge. I made chicken kabobs, and at some point the weight of the chicken got to be a little too much and I had to support the kabob from both ends and turn them by grabbing them by the middle with tongs. I will still use these skewers, but I will probably eventually upgrade to more sturdy ones. So, these are still a 3-star item.

They work. I like the case for storage. Travel friendly and storage friendly. No chaos in the drawers. I have no issues thus far. We are 5 and sometimes 6 people and it makes enough to feed us all. I’m happy and would purchase again.

I was hoping for a heavier gauge but these will work unless you like big chunks of meat on your kabobs! Price is good!

Good quality and decent thickness. Holds my items without bending. Loved the case that comes for storage protection.

Love these! Easy to clean, reusable. Easy to store. Helps to cook through, holds heat in because of metal. Does get hot to touch.

First off The only con I can find... do not come clean in the dishwasher, otherwise these things are great! Used them about 10 times now, no rust, no warping, and no discoloring. Buy em they are great

This BBQ skewers is a great buy. The skewer end is very sharp, so it's easy to penetrate meat. No rust after use. But make sure you wash it with soap before use. There are some black stain on them.
