Audiophile's Delight
I have 3 pairs of wired Sennheiser headphones, 558s, 598s and Momentum. They each have great sound, but lately I have stopped using them due to the convenience and sound quality of a new set of Aiwa bluetooth headphones. Upon receiving this, I immediately tried it out on a set of 598s and was positively impressed by the overall sound quality. This device clearly adds a boost to the signal similar to a portable headphone amplifier and makes the headphones "pop." While not described, this adapter is compatible with Sennheiser Momentum headphones, though it sometimes takes a little jiggle to make sure both channels come through. I used this with my Momentum's and phone playlist on a 3 mile walk yesterday, Superb. You can add a bass boost, but it is a little boomy with an equalizer, so I leave it off and adjust the bass with an eq. This is a great device and a steal at only $30.00. I am going to get one more set to use with a set of Audio Technica headphones, cans I love but haven't been using due to the cord. This has been one of the very best and least expensive "tech" buys I have made in a long time.

Definitely worth the money
I bought a set of Sennheiser HD 598"s and loved them, but I had gotten used to wireless headphones. This device works great for adapting my wired headphones to bluetooth. It also has an amp with bass boost that can be turned on/off. Boosting the bass of 598's is not possible using the factory cable attached to my phone. I have not compared it to other similar devices but it works great and I'm completely satisfied. And it is 30% of the cost of other comparable devices I found.

no wires is nice, battery life is average
Needed these since: I can't change to android just yet in my life, and I have the M40x, and I don't want some adapter.Pros: Sound quality change is lower than I expected, impressive low latencyCons: Inserting it is awkward; the sound is all static is you push it in all the way so you have to pull it back a bit,Overall it's ok for its price, no wires is nice, battery life is average, range is good. Walking with it seems fine, a skip and previous feature would've been nice. oh and the bass boost is subpar well that's probably due my headphones.

Terrible battery life
This thing's battery life is really bad and on top of that it takes way too long to charge. Other than that its a good device. Sturdy construction and decent sound quality. If this was $20, I would've given it a higher rating but at this price point, it should not be having these issues. Similar BT receivers cost less than $15. I would suggest you buy those and get a small 2.5 to 3.5 mm cable to make these headphones wireless.

Great at the beginning but wuickly wore out
Worked just fine for a few weeks with no real audio loss or battery issues, but suddenly began emitting a noticeable popping noise no matter how wuiet music was played.

The device swings freely under the headphones
Why can't they add the locking notches onto the 2.5mm jack? The darn thing swing back and forth while I'm walking with my HD 599 on.
