So I just turned 35 and was beginning to see a bit of fine lines around my eyes and my skin just looked dull. I just finished my first bottle and had already ordered a 2nd and now im ordering a 3rd while it's on sale. It makes my skin glow and look healthy and my nails are growing in healthier too. I absolutely love this stuff. For the price even if paying full price look at it this way... this is a multivitamin with iron and b12, but it also has keratin, magnesium,collagen, omega 3 fatty acids and more. All this in 2 easy to swallow capsules. It's by far worth the price for all these little capsules pack inside. Within 2 weeks I began noticing a difference in my skin on my face. And now after 4 weeks, it's glowing and looks healthy (other than pimples but I'm taking a hormone gummy that'll hopefully help with that) if you can keep coming back and look for when it's on sale for 20 dollars. Even so it's worth it for the 30. I will continue to buy these for as long as they are being sold.

I bought this product about a month ago. It for sure helps with nail strength!! I had long natural strong nails within just weeks of taking these pills daily. I mostly bought these pills for hair thickness/strengthening and i’ll be honest. I can’t see much improvement with my hair, but i think less might be coming out when i brush, like i said..I can’t really tell yet. But i guess hair does take a while to get healthy again :)

It's is my 3rd day taking this...I know you're thinking only 3 days in and already have something to say? Well let me tell you... the first thing I noticed was the energy boost I have. I haven't had this type of energy in a very long time.I'll update later about skin, nails, and hair.Update: I'm almost finished with the bottle. I have about 3 days left. I never really had any issues with my skin or nails so I can't say I see changes...but my excessive hair shedding has improved. I'm getting ready to order again and I'm hoping the hair shed will completely stop besides the normal shed.

For almost a year now I have been battling an issue with paper thin nails. They would always split in the exact same spot and my free edge, what little there was, would always have this little notch in it. I knew that that notch would lead to a split that would often go down into the quick of my nail. Sometimes it would hurt just to put pressure on the top of my nails that's how thin they were. However, since my other two vitamins are just keratin and collagen, I do attribute much of my gained nail-strength to these, in particular. I know in the picture it may not seem like much to most people, but this is huge for me. I was seriously getting depressed over the condition that my nails were in. It would hurt when they would split down into the quick and I knew that I had to do something. If you're struggling like I was maybe this routine will help you.

I have been taking this for a month and have yet to notice a difference with anything. Pill wise easy to take. health benefit wise i dont notice anything.

These vitamins are really good! IQ Biology gives you so much more than just the hair and nail vitamins, others don't! It truly is a complex daily vitamin as well. After just a week, my fine hair had more body and looked healthier. It takes twice as long to blow dry now, any of you with super fine hair will understand what that means, it's so great! My hair actually has oils in it again! The third week, I have little baby hairs popping up in front and down my part. I even have more energy! I highly recommend these vitamins! Your skin will have more life too! You my even break out a little bit until your skin gets used to having oils again, but it does go away, and your skin will glow again.
