Works good. Will update if changes occur.
The media could not be loaded. Seems to work good. Bogs down slightly. Variable speed isn't very necessary, doesn't work so great on lower speeds. Thought it would help. Really doesn't, along with the reverse. But drill works great. Even sideways. Clean metal, thick metal. It won't budge. Some rusty or thin steel, if you go slow it will work. But if you push too hard it will dislodge the magnet. The magnet did not get warm at all, I had it on for minutes at a time drilling holes in a large beam. Used the supplied cutters. Did about 24 holes today. Still going.

Works even better than expected.
The mag drill I received works perfect. I’ve only grilled a few holes so far, but will update post as time goes on but right now it is definitely worth the investment.

Great for the price, but watch out.
I bought this to drill some 1/2 holes in two 25' W8x40 steel beams. The drill acted funny for the first 50 holes, then I broke two bits. Turns out that the securing screws (M6 x1.0 x25mm) holding the base nearest the drill motor were too short and had pulled out. So I bought two M6 x1.0 x35 screws at the local hardware store and now the drill is working really well. I am drilling 15mm holes at about 40 holes/hour with some clean up as I go. My point is, I needed a drill to build a 23ft bridge and this was much cheaper than having someone else do the steel work. But Just know that you may also need to know what to expect. The bits included with this drill set were actually pretty good quality. I got about 154 holes to go.

Disable link is weak and poor designed. Replaced it with in line fuse. No issues since
Nice drill for its price. Gets hot with heavier materials. Has a fusable link between the magnets with and main power. It burned out and I replaced it with a push in line fuse 15 amp. No issues. Happy with it. Not for heavy steady use

Works great
Works great! Made a fixture table and had no issues with making all of my 5/8 holes.

Awesome drill
Great mag drill for the price. Drill a bunch of I beams with it and built a steel house. Ran great throughout the entire project

Worked good for one hole
Worked good for one hole, magnet wasn't strong enough to hold to drill through single frame, it fell and broke, put your money towards a good one!
