I really like this. Calming and hydrating.
I have dry perimenopausal skin which can sometimes be flaky, itchy and irritated.I’m using this cream predominantly as a day cream although it can be used for both day and night. It is rich and creamy and although I use a fair bit it still absorbs it reasonably quickly. It hasn’t caused any irritation and my dry areas look noticeably calmer. It doesn’t contain alcohol, fragrance or parabens and has a feint floral, botanical-y smell which I like. It’s fairly priced in my opinion, it continues to feel nice and calming and my skin feels well moisturised, and it lasts me all day.I hope you find my review helpful.

Quality cream
The texture is rich but not greasy, and it absorbs nicely into the skin without leaving any residue. My face feels soft, hydrated, and calm even on days when my skin is feeling extra sensitive. It works well both day and night, and I love that it’s gentle enough for daily use.No breakouts or irritation, which is a big win for my easily reactive skin. Plus, a little goes a long way, so the 1.7 oz jar lasts surprisingly well.

Does look a premium product but soaks in way to quickly and leaves an oily film.
Does look a premium product but soaks in way to quickly and leaves an oily film.So first impressions on this do make it look a premium product, the presentation is laid out very well, the bright vibrant orange does make it stand out, opening it up to revel the cream you are presented with a very light orange cream, this in the pot looks very runny and like there are pools of oil floating on the surface in it with it being that shiny. Taking some from the top and rubbing in to the top of my hand you could see that this was not as viscous as most of the other brands i have tried and used, this also looks more oily in consistency, application was easy enough however compared to other brands i have used my skin soaked this up like a spunge and was a way faster transfer that anything i have tried before. The skin did feel super soft after application and soak in but could still detect a film on the surface of the skin, this film was not unpleasant but did feel like i needed to apply a whole lot more due to the fast soakin. the aroma from the pot is virtually non existent so is neutral which i like, once applied and matched to body temperature there was no change in the aroma so definitely not perfumed, not even a sniff of zesty orange.Applied to the face i tried to be consistent in coverage, the same fast soak in occured and my opinion was that i needed to apply more, i did not and just left it. Now the sensation is that my skin feels a bit more tighter but feels dry and needing a whole lot more. for me i prefer creams that take a bit more time to work there way in to the skin, not in under 5-7 seconds, maybe an application with another product may see more pleasing results but mixing is not always advisable.Apart for the skin feeling more soft to the touch and feeling a little more plump i can not get past the still feeling dry issue and the residue that sits on the skin, i think this will be one of them product that you need to apply more than you would think which means in turn this will not last as long. for the time being i will persevere with it and then go back to my usual product to see if there are any other benefits i notice after extended usage and feedback if there are any updates.

A Refreshing Cream
I absolutely love the thick, creamy texture of the Neutriherbs Vitamin C Face Cream. It gives my skin that instant hydration and smoothness I crave, while still feeling light and easy to apply. It's rich without being greasy, which is perfect for my routine. The fresh, tangy orange scent is invigorating.I did notice a slight stinging sensation when I first used it. However, it's mild and doesn't last long, so it's something I can easily overlook given the overall skin benefits.

Neutriherbs retinol cream: effective, more or less
The Neutriherbs retinol cream, well, it's a night moisturiser, really. It comes in a small pot with a push-pump dispenser, which I really like - a push and a swipe beats using a spatula and these pumps tend to keep things fresher. Once you’ve got a small dollop, you smooth it on your face and neck after you've washed your face. They say it's meant to help with wrinkles and those fine lines we all get, and give your skin a bit of a boost, and that’s what retinol is known for, but it will take a while. What you will immediately notice though is software skin. Whether it actually got rid of any wrinkles, well, that didn;’t happen, but it’s aimed more at plumping-out fine lines which I feel it sort of does. It's got a buttery texture, a bit thick, but it didn't feel oily on my skin. It's got retinol in it, which is a type of vitamin A, and hyaluronic acid, which holds onto moisture. Vitamin E's in there too, which is generally good for your skin. They also mention shea butter and green tea, though I couldn't really smell either. The retinol itself is a slightly yellowish-white colour, which I guess adds to that buttery look. It's a mix of things that are meant to be good for your skin, and they've tried to keep it natural, which is a huge selling point for me, as is …. the leaping bunny logo! You’ll see that on the pot, that's really a big deal for me. It means the product hasn't been tested on animals, and that's the first thing I look for when buying cosmetics. It's just, well, it's important to me that no animals suffer for something like this. It's reassuring to know a brand is committed to that. I mean, it's just a decent thing to do, isn't it? They also say it helps with collagen production and cell turnover, which I guess is why they say it makes skin look younger. I wouldn't use it right near your eyes though, the skin's too sensitive there. You could use it in conjunction with a collagen cream and they recommend the retinol at night and collagen in the morning. Anyway, that's the Neutriherbs retinol cream. It's alright, and seems to be effective, more or less.⭐ Not recommended⭐⭐ Consider other options before this one⭐⭐⭐ A decent Retinol-based face cream that's worth considering⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great product, keep high on your list⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding product, and one of my top choices
