Im sold. Have seen tons of adds in the past for Shilajit products, and i finally caved and ordered. Have only been taking for about a week, and not sure if its placebo, but this stuff freaking works! I love these and have reordered them just recently. These really do give me a boost of energy, and that helps me stay focused while working - reducing brain fog and the afternoon crash. I also like the energy they give me. Not a caffeine high, and not a blast that gives you a quick BOOM and quickly dies out. These seem to provide a steady energizing effect that lasts for hours, and their effectiveness has not reduced over time for me. You know how you can take something and it works great, AT FIRST, but the results fade with continued use? I have experienced that frequently, but not with these. Easy to take capsules with no "herby" odor, or stomach upset.
