Ok, so as others have stated this not the most pleasant tasting. That said I personally think the lyposomal C tastes a bit worse (I take both). The best way I have found to take this is to add to 2 onces of pineapple juice and chug. It's not that bad. I actually find the smell (sulfuric) a little worse than the actual taste.Benefits: ok so I usually am the person that reads everyone else's benefits, buys the product and then does not feel any of those benefits myself. That has not been my experience with this. I have definitely noticed increased energy while taking both the liposomal C and the Glutathione. As a mom of a two year old and a ten month old who thinks sleep is still optional, this has helped me to function through the day and actually not drag myself like usual. I'm also waking up now rested (even after getting just 4-5 hours sleep which has been the norm for too long with my little one). Also a couple days ago I started waking up with swollen glands and a sore throat. I could feel my body was fighting something. I was diligent to take this and a few other other supplements (zinc and d3) every day and by day 3 it was totally gone. It is an expensive product but as long as I can afford to take this I will.

This product was recommended as a detoxifier and immune booster. I read the back of the package in the picture section before purchasing the product and saw the taste was “interesting”. It definitely is interesting and gross. I can only describe it as a combination of rotten eggs, sulfur, and bad cat food... I did not want to prolong the experience of the flavor any longer than necessary, so I just drank it as a shot with a chaser of citrus flavored liquid turmeric, which is actually quite good. I drank this every morning as directed and got wonderful results. My mind wasn’t as foggy, I felt more alert, and I didn’t get sick when my husband and 13 year old did! I also realized how detoxing this product is after a night of drinking. I’m not a spring Chicken anymore and if I drink more than two glasses of wine or a few beers in one evening, I am down for the count the entire next day with a hang over. I think I had five or six beers and I was not hung over, or dragging the next day at all!!! No head ache, no stomach ache, not anything! I felt normal!!! If it is detoxing me that much and helping me not get sick, I don’t care about the flavor!! The benefits are to good. I also like the fact that there are no artificial colors or flavors in it which can take away from the health benefits! I already purchased my next container!

I'm sorry, this is probably a very good product for your health but I could not get past the awful taste and just can't bring myself to even choke it down. I know my doctor recommended it and I hate to waste this money but next to nothing is going to make me consume any more of this. I'm probably going to try one of the flavored versions put out by other companies.

This product has absolutely improved my digestion.It's the only change to my diet, though I do take one NAC capsule with it each time to help boost the glutathione production.I've been taking it around dinner time. Before our after.Like the site says, it has an "interesting" flavor. It's a new flavor to my pallet. But in time I'm getting used to it.Knowing how much it has helped me in just one month is making it more palatable all the time.I was following it up with about a half teaspoon of honey. But I don't really need that anymore.I am so glad to have found this product. I'm grateful for this company.
