So thought why not.All the reviews said to take 1hr before the activity on a empty stomach with water so did exactly that...took one pill with a pint of water on a empty stomach..When the time arrived 1 HR later well 1hr 20mins to be exact let's just say billy smarts circus could of erected a impressive tent on this pole...and the pole stayed in place for the time needed. Definitely worth the money and no side effects..

These little blue pills did the trick for me, I took them on an empty stomach with a big drink of water and an hour or so later it kicked in. I did get a bit of a headache and stuffy nose from them, but this seems to be the norm for me when taking these. Recommended
