Wheels don't turn easily
The wheels don't easily turn at each end as they should but it's also so cheap, I don't use it daily so it's not a huge deal.

Product was slightly broken but works
This product works but when i received it the small part of the jade roller was broken that’s why I gave it 3 stars

Great Price, Great Tool.
This did exactly what I hoped for. and super happy with the price. Wish it came with the other little heart shaped tool like some other ones but seriously, for the price! Absolutely wonderful and great quality.

Very well made
was wondering about the quality but the jade roller is very well made and protected in vacuum wrapped package.

Love it. After putting in freezer then using it on my face it is very relaxing. Great product

Hopefully it doesn’t break, but...
Mine broke within 2 uses. If it didn’t break, I would’ve given it 5 stars.
