Excellent Tubeless Road Tire
After struggling with installing Continental GP's and Bontrager tubeless tires, I decided to try a different brand. The bead on the Continentals and Bontrager were nearly impossible to put on my Mavic wheels or my Bontrager wheels. I actually broke 2 tire levers trying to force them on. After putting on the Bontrager tubeless I blew out the sidewall after hitting some road debris going 40 MPH. The hole was too big for the sealant to plug and too dangerous to patch. The Hutchinson tire is very easy to install and very easy to inflate. I had no troubles at all with this tire. I was actually able to install the 700 x 28 on the front because it cleared the forks and brake caliper. I'm going to try these for a few seasons and see how it goes.

Quality tubeless road tire with rigid sidewalls that yields a less than ideal ride.
These were easy as can be to set up and hold air very well. The sidewalls are thick and give a less than supple ride. I am going to run them about 5 lbs less than my normal set up and see if that improves ride quality. That said...They are good tires and I would buy them again.

Rolls well, seems quite durable
I bought this tire to replace the OEM Gavia tubeless tire on my Giant. It went on easily enough but after a few tries, I failed to seat the tire in the rim, even using a booster pump. So I threw a tube on it and after inflating to about 140 psi, it seated beautifully with a nice solid POP! After riding over a weekend, I carefully unseated one side, pulled the tube out, replaced the valve and was able to re-seat the bead easily. It's a little stiffer than the OEM tire but rolls and holds air well and seems quite durable.

Plain ole' cheap....
While easy to install, they aren't the least bit durable, at least not in the concrete canyons of NYC. Within two days of riding (25 miles) the rear tire sustained a flat with hole that didn't even pierce the inner layer of the tire. Yet sealant leaked out leaving the tire inflatable to no more than 30psi. The front tire sustained a 1 1/2 inch stretch tear on the right sidewall. When these things happen to tires its bad enough, but to happen to an "all season" supposedly thus durable tire on it's second day out, that's a tragedy. Thumbs down all around.

Sidewall Fail
I have used these tires for years and really love them. I can usually get about 3,000 miles out of them. This was clearly a factory defect and yet Hutchinson would not respond. I purchased from this seller because it said there was a 90 day replacement but they would not replace it and said there was only a refund. I also added a two year warranty but the warranty people said to contact the seller. Really disappointed with this seller for not replacing my tire.

I recommend a tire sealant With the tire set
Went tubeless on a set of Shimano rims. Although Shimano recommends not to use tire sealant I was forced to do so since the air leaked out in a 12 hour time frame.

These should not be labeled tubeless ready. The seal on the bead is terrible.

パンク多し、コブ付き
購入から1500キロ走りましたが、2回パンクしました。パンクに強いとの謳い文句ですが、パンクに弱いです。また、タイヤに何箇所か空気を含んだコブみたいな膨らみができました。パンクではないようですが、針でさすとコブが消えます。どこかから空気が漏れていて、タイヤの中で行き場を失いコブになっているように感じます。品質、パンク耐性に疑問です。

Hutchinson fusion 5 all season, un copertoncino da 25mm con la tecnologia 11 storm in versione tubeless ready altamente performante in tutte le condizioni atmosferiche.Una volta arrivate a casa, le ho montate subito sulle mie ruote fulcrum racing 0 db con canale interno da 19mm. La prima cosa negativa che non ho apprezzato è la larghezza del copertoncino reale che non è da 25mm ma da 24mm. Questo fa sì che la gomma va a profilo sul cerchio (una cosa positiva) ma per quanto mi riguarda non lo apprezzo (meglio la versione da 28mm).Veniamo alle cose più importanti :-MESCOLA : ottimo grip sull'asfalto anche in condizioni non ottimali grazie ai tagli sul battistrada a spina di pesce per un buon drenaggio dell'acqua.-CARCASSA : Da 127tpi con protezione in kevlar e ha un buon spessore di gomma (visibile al tatto) al centro della gomma.Le dimensioni reali sono da 24mm su un cerchio largo 19mm!-SCORREVOLEZZA: Sul piano e in salita su strade non sconnesse, la ruota è molto scorrevole e aerodinamico allo stesso tempo grazie alla sua forma a punta di diamante.Se percorrete percorsi con strade dissestante, meglio optare per il 28mm!-TUBELESS READY: molto efficace se si predilige la scorrevolezza e il confort maggiore con pressioni inferiori rispetto al classico copertoncino a camera d'aria(peso 60kg con pressione 5.7bar posteriore/5.5bar sull'anteriore) L'impronta del battistrada sull'asfalto è maggiore, quindi maggiore aderenza soprattutto sul bagnato! Una volta provato il tubeless su strada, non ritornerete più indietro. Addio camera d'aria!Con questo pneumatico dopo il primo utilizzo, sarete soddisfatti per il buon rendimento su strada!
