It has great nutritional value and pretty good texture for something made out of flaxseed. It is a go to for whenever I quickly needed to intake some high quality vitamins for my child and I and is actually slightly fulfilling without being heavy. One of my favorite dairy alternatives.

This is the first time I tried shifting from cow's milk to plant based milk. The reviews seemed to good to be true, but they really are, especially for this Vanilla flavor. It is definitely not as thick as milk, but that's fine. The vanilla flavor is everything!

It is way too sweet to me. By the way I am someone who tend to prefer slightly sweetened plant milk (for califia farms almond milk, for example). But for this one the sweetness feels a bit too fake. Next time I will try the unsweetened one

An excellent dairy alternative with B12 calcium, and protein. Not to mention the benefits of Flax & not watery like an almond milk. A must try! Vanilla is my favorite.

I am trying to eat completely anti-inflammatory foods and foods that don't cause pain flare-ups. No nuts, no oats, and definitely no soy. This milk is DEEEElicious! I use it in everything and even drink it by the glass.
