Not what I was expecting
I LOVE the original. Hands down one of my favorite hot sauces. Figured I would try the rest and.....not really cutting it for me. I understand taste is subjective, so others may like it but I was not impressed.Good heat level, but really over powering jerk spice. I love jerk seasoned food, but this was just packing too much, like putting too much black pepper on your food.

I Want to eat this 24/7
Works on everything as either a marinade or sauce. I'm particularly smitten with it as a wing sauce as it has great heat balanced with strong flavor but breaks from the monotony of buffalo sauce.
