Replaced my Apple Watch!
I’ve been using WHOOP for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed with how much it’s improved my awareness of recovery and sleep. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and emphasizes getting quality sleep, not just more of it.Not only does it track sleep really well but overall recovery from your day to day strain. I like that there's a daily journal so I can track how I felt during that day and what may have affected my recovery to shape habits in the future!I've used Garmin's and an Apple Watch in the past but the recovery and strain aspects of the Whoop are far superior!!

Horrible customer service
Whoop has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took four days and seven emails just to have them turn off auto renewal with every reply seeming to be AI generated. You also can’t remove your credit card from your account. You can only replace it with another non-prepaid credit card which seems very suspicious in an age where companies are constantly being hacked.

If you want to make real & healthy adjustments to your lifestyle this is the product for you!
This is my first Whoop and I absolutely love it! The battery life is amazing, and the weight of it doesn't bother me over night so I can easily wear it to track my sleep. You also just forget that you're wearing it since it's so comfortable! The metrics are SO helpful and enables you to make healthy adjustments based on your own lifestyle which allows for more real long-term change. I have tried all the different fitness trackers over the years, but this one definitely stands out! Highly recommend!!

Game changer for Data addicts
Though the price point is a bit steep, I feel it is the perfect addition to your fitness setup. It really does the recovery, stress, and sleep tracking expertly. It lets you know when your body os actually ready for intense workout or just a recovery run.

One Wristband, and a Whole New Perspective
Pros• Personalized advice from WHOOP Coach based on comprehensive biometric data• No distractionsCons• Pricey subscription• No social features (user-to-user interaction)- HardwareFirst impression: It’s just a sleek nylon band. Thanks to its calm form factor, there are no distractions, such as notifications, speakers, or screens. The battery lasts up to 14 days, and recharging is brilliantly simple: just slide the battery pack over the device while you’re wearing it. No cables or outlets are required.- The Comprehensive DataIf you’re switching from Apple Watch, the dozens of data might feel overwhelming at first. But WHOOP offers an excellent onboarding experience, with clear explanations for every metric. Unlike many fitness trackers that apply static algorithms, WHOOP continuously calibrates and personalizes your baselines.WHOOP defines three key metrics: Sleep, Recovery, and Strain. These metrics offer crucial insights into your overall health. Personally, I’ve found the stress monitoring feature to be valuable and fun to observe.- So… What Does It All Mean? The truth about most wearables is this: they hand you wealth of data and expect you to figure it out. Unless you have a background in sports science, it’s easy to get lost in the data.WHOOP Coach solves this. It allows you to ask everything based on your data. This is the most useful feature I’ve seen on any wearable device. For example, I was assuming that alcohol doesn’t affect my sleep that much, and then I asked, “I had an alcoholic beverage yesterday, but it doesn't seem to affect my sleep.”Although WHOOP Coach is a fancy feature, it definitely contributes to its expensive subscription fee since they are using OpenAI’s API.- The Bottom LineWHOOP isn’t for everyone. Honestly, I’d still recommend Oura Ring in most cases. But if you’re looking to go beyond surface-level metrics to truly understand how your body performs and recovers, or simply don’t like wearing rings, WHOOP might be exactly what you’re looking for.

Price
The product is great. 2 stars because it’s vastly overpriced. It’s basically a heart rate monitor and sleep monitor. You don’t need to pay 200 dollars to know you should go to bed and wake up at the same time, 8 hours apart every night and do cardio lol. If you have cash to blow go crazy, the features are alright I guess. Again just vastly overpriced. It should be 100 at MOST per year. Especially insane considering it comes with only 1 band in black and additional bands are 50 dollars a piece. It’s just a normal cloth band. It’s nothing fancy at all.

Whoop 5.0 is a great upgrade!
My wife and I both upgraded to the Whoop 5.0 and couldn't be happier. The extended battery life is great and the "Whoop Age" feature is a nice way to measure your progress. We also love the lower profile battery pack. I can actually have my dress shirt sleeve all the way to my wrist!
