works well, does not come with wall charger
I bought this for my mom and product work however it does not come with a wall charger as indicated on the box. Exchanged messages with customer support, they will not be providing a wall outlet.

Waste of electricity.
Used this to try to help cool a small space the size of a 6×6 walk in closet. Does not put out any airflow even on high. Could possibly be re-engineered to reduce the number of filters/wicks that soak up the water thus increasing airflow without as many to block the output from fan. Fan blades likely need a better configuration to increase air flow as well. Was really hoping this would work, just can't justify wasting electricity on it for nothing.

This thing can actually keep me cool and I love the led colors! It's looks really nice and really good on my desk!

Waste of $$$
Not a week after I got it, the air flow started phasing on and off, the lights started blinking randomly, then it leaked water all over the nightstand as the tank emptied.

No wall charger
Be careful when buying this I bought one for my mom and it didn’t come with the wall charger so she can’t even use it thinking of sending it back
