We loved it even if it’s not what I thought it was going to be. I was looking for the white snow frost. This was actual ice crystal! Pretty cool how it worked. I just personally had to overcome the unexpected obstacle of trying to figure out how to write in it. That’s all my own fault, not the product. It sprays on clear and you watch the “ice” form. Super neat. If you’re going for the ‘ice crystal look’ this is exactly that! It was still a hit. It also came off pretty easy.

I want to share a strong warning about the Santa Ice Crystals Spray Glass Frost. At first glance, it seemed promising, it sprays on smoothly and dries to give a frosted effect. However, the reality was far from ideal.Major Issues:Strong Odor: The spray had a very strong chemical smell, which concerned me because I have three children. I didn’t want them inhaling it, especially in an enclosed space.Melting and Running: After a few days, as the heat in the house was running (it’s winter, after all), the product started melting and running down the glass.Messy Cleanup: Cleaning up was a nightmare. The product smeared across the glass, requiring multiple wipes to fully remove it, leaving residue that was difficult to clean.Verdict:This product gets a big zero from me. The inconvenience, odor, and cleanup effort far outweigh any decorative benefit. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.If you’re looking for a frosted glass effect, I recommend exploring other products that are safer, more effective, and less of a hassle to remove.Avoid this product!

Ok, I was a little skeptical. But this stuff is so cool! It was easy to use, my kids even tried it and they said the same thing. The smell is a little strong at first but it goes away. Instructions say 30 minutes but it took a lot less than that and watching it crystallize was the most entertaining part for everyone 😂 I have yet to wash it off so we’ll see how that goes but I would definitely recommend!

Great product for multiple uses. We just bought a house and it was costly to upgrade to "rain" glass or other decorative glass for our transom and sidelight windows by our front door, so we purchased this to spray on and provide a little privacy and a nicer look - all year round. The only thing I would say is you will get a different look depending on how you apply it (continuous spray, short bursts, closer or further away) and it's hard to get it consistent. But since it wipes off easily you can play with it, the can covers a lot of space. We also tried a second layer but it didn't do much, it's that first application that dictates what it looks like.

Used this on the windows at Christmas made them look like they were iced over and the shapes of the crystal looked like snow flakes! Loved!

Not worth it, doesn’t make it look r high like ice and when it rains you can’t see any of the ice

I have used this product or one similar for a decade or more. You can make it as icy or frosted as you desire. be reminded that this is not snow. It looks like ice crystals. I use it on the inside of the windows not on the outside. It dries fast and sticks fine. You can also become more creative with the crystallization by using a blow dryer to get the look you want. If you make a mistake, that’s easy too because you can wipe it with a wet cloth and the crystals will re-emerge right before your eyes. Clean up is easy however, it takes a few times of wiping it down with water before using a window cleaner and paper towel. When you clean up, you will notice the crystals, reemerging and bigger patterns. I just repeat the process until it’s clear. A good way to clean your windows post holiday. After reading the reviews on this product trust me when I say it’s worth the purchase if you’re looking to add that bit of whimsy to your windows at the holidays. I live in warm climate, so having my windows appear winter like during the holidays is perfect! I highly recommend this product.

I tried it twice on plexiglass and it just dripped down like water. Followed instructions. Can't get a refund and it took three weeks to arrive. What a scam
