Works good. We cut them in half widthwise and 8" long for on open heart surgery scar. The scar is two years old and still feels like it's drawing together, especially in temperature and humidity changes . This makes it feel more natural. We are surprised at the number of medical personnel who don't know what it is. Dermatologists do. Used it on my face after skin cancer surgery and it helped it feel softer and more natural then as well. Can't really say that it makes scars less visable but does help with the weird feeling of a big scar.
